
What I Do
I am a registered therapist (MBACP) and a qualified teacher (B.Ed. Hons), working both face-to-face and online to help people raise self-awareness, enhance wellbeing, and build stronger connections in their relationships. I support clients as they move towards meaningful change rather than quick fixes.
To me, change is about exploring and discovering who you truly are - part by part - with intention, rather than trying to shape yourself an idealised version for someone else. I’m driven by the positive impact that change brings. If the same behaviours and problems keep occurring let’s take a look at them together.
